Terms of service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These terms govern the use of Estetix (estetix.ge). The platform has two kinds of user: a salon, which runs its bookings from our dashboard, and a client, who books a visit at a salon. Where a clause applies to only one of them, it says so. Using the service means you accept these terms.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Estetix is a booking platform for aesthetic and beauty centres. For anything at all: info@estetix.ge, phone +995 551 51 11 45.
Personal data is covered by a separate document, the privacy policy. Deleting chat conversations is described on the data deletion page.
2. What the platform does
Estetix gives a salon a booking calendar, staff schedules, a service catalogue, a client list, analytics, a shareable booking link, a marketplace listing, and automated messaging on Messenger and Instagram.
For a client, Estetix is where they find a salon and book a visit. Clients are not required to create an account.
Features change over time: new ones are added, and ones nobody uses may be removed. We tell salons in advance about any material change.
3. Accounts and access
The details given when creating an account must be accurate and kept up to date. Passwords and login codes are confidential, and keeping them safe is the account holder's responsibility.
A salon can create separate logins for its staff (manager, specialist). The salon is responsible for what those accounts do. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the dashboard.
If you suspect someone else has gained access to an account, tell us immediately.
4. What the salon is responsible for
- The accuracy of services, prices, durations and opening hours. Clients see this information directly and book on the strength of it.
- Holding whatever licences and permits its activity requires by law.
- Handling client data lawfully: the salon is the controller of those records, and Estetix processes them on the salon's instructions.
- Honouring booked visits, or telling the client in good time when a visit cannot go ahead.
Medical claims, guarantees about the outcome of a treatment and advice about contraindications are the salon's responsibility, not the platform's.
5. A booking is an agreement with the salon
A booking is an agreement between the client and the salon. Estetix is not a party to it: we provide the tool through which it is made.
The quality of the treatment, the price, payment, cancellation terms and the rule on late arrivals are all set by the salon itself. A complaint about a visit should go to the salon, and we will help you get in touch with them.
A booking can be cancelled within the window the salon sets. After that window closes, cancellation is at the salon's discretion.
6. Plans, free trial and payment
Every new salon starts with a 7 day free trial, with no card required. When it ends, dashboard access is restricted until a plan is activated.
The current plans and prices are shown on estetix.ge. Payment is not automated: we activate a plan manually for an agreed period and let you know as the end date approaches.
- If payment is not made, the account moves to the free plan or is locked. Data is not deleted.
- We tell you about a price change before the current period ends; it never applies to a period already paid for.
- We do not refund a period that has already been used, unless the service was unavailable for a long stretch through our fault.
7. Marketplace listing and content
Appearing on the marketplace is optional and is switched on from the dashboard. To switch it on, a salon needs photos and a completed profile.
The salon keeps the rights to the photos, logo and description it uploads; we take only the right to show that material on the platform and in presenting it. The salon warrants that it holds the necessary rights to whatever it uploads.
We may hide or remove material that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, or is plainly misleading.
8. What you may not do
- Register under someone else's name or with false details.
- Try to reach another account's data, bookings or clients.
- Scrape or load the platform automatically without our written agreement, other than through the official API with keys we issued.
- Send clients spam, unauthorised advertising or misleading messages.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
If these terms are broken we may suspend or close the account, immediately in serious cases.
9. Automated messaging and integrations
A salon can connect its Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, after which the assistant answers customer messages on the salon's behalf, taking prices, free times and the booking itself from the salon's own database.
- The assistant's replies are sent in the salon's name, and the salon is responsible for them.
- The assistant only ever replies to a conversation the customer started. It sends no promotional or bulk messages.
- As soon as a member of the salon's staff replies by hand, the assistant stops. It can be switched off entirely with one toggle.
- Meta's own terms also apply to the connection, and it can be disconnected at any time.
The assistant does not answer medical or clinical questions. Those conversations are handed to a person.
An API key we issue is a secret, and anything done with it counts as done by the salon.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, design and name belong to Estetix. Using the service does not transfer any right to them.
The data a salon enters - its client list, services, photos and booking history - stays the salon's.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned work is scheduled for the quietest hours and announced in advance.
Support is provided by email and phone during working hours.
12. Limits of our liability
Estetix is not responsible for the quality of the treatment a salon provides, for its outcome, or for a dispute between a salon and a client.
Nor are we responsible for damage caused by a third party service failing (Meta, our hosting or database provider, for example), or by data a salon entered incorrectly.
Our liability is limited to the amount the salon paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
13. Ending the agreement
A salon may stop using the service at any time. Write to us before you do if you want a copy of your data.
We may close an account if these terms are broken, or if the service is discontinued for good, in which case we give notice first.
After closure, data is deleted within a reasonable period, apart from anything the law requires us to keep.
14. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms we change the date shown above. We email salons about any material change. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If a dispute arises we try to settle it by negotiation first; failing that, it is heard by the courts of Georgia.
