Data deletion

Here you can request deletion of the data Estetix holds about you, and check the status of a request you already sent.

Facebook and Instagram conversations

There are two ways:

  1. On Facebook open Settings - Apps and Websites, find Estetix and remove it. Facebook then sends us a deletion request automatically and gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
  2. Or email us at info@estetix.ge, naming the account you messaged the salon from. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • The full conversation text (yours and the automatic replies).
  • Your platform identifier (PSID) and the name and phone given in the chat.

A booking that has already been made is not deleted - it is the salon's working record and only the salon can remove it. If you want the booking deleted too, contact the salon, or write to us and we will help.

Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days anyway - see the privacy policy.

Deleting an account

If you want a salon or user account removed entirely, email info@estetix.ge from the same address the account was registered with.
